Support the Ontario Performer Digital Rights Act

The Ontario Performer Digital Rights Act is a proposed Private Member’s Bill addressing two growing concerns in the film and television industry:

1) The unauthorized use of artificial intelligence to replicate a performer’s likeness, and 2) Contractual provisions that grant producers universal usage rights in perpetuity.
